Refund policy

NO INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - AUSTRALIA ONLY.

(Due to excessive delivery costs) Refunds only in accordance to consumer law.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns for change of mind are available however, include a $10 return processing fee. This fee may be adjusted on a per-order decision basis. "Change of Mind" includes but is not limited to: wrong size, or no longer wanting the product.

If a return is granted for these reasons the buyer will be responsible for the postage charges to send the product back, and a refund will not be released until the product is recieved. The buyer wil also be responsible of covering any payment fees in the process and charged a $10 processing fee. 

In all cases of returns, refund payments will not be sent until the product has been recieved.

All deliveries will be tracked, if your item does not arrive you may be eligible for a refund, contingent to delivery tracking verifying undelivery. Buyer may need to take action with the delivery service prior to applying for a refund with us. If the buyer input an incorrect address refund will not be considered.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If product is faulty, evidence will need to be supplied to assist in the evaluation of the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or clearance items.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
